Lowell Flory, executive director of institutional advancement and gift
planning, has announced that Monica Rice will be joining the
Advancement Department at Bethany Seminary. She will begin her duties
as advancement administrative assistant and coordinator of
congregational relations on September 1, 2011.
Rice is a 2011 graduate of Bethany Seminary, having earned a Master of
Arts degree in Brethren studies. Prior to her time at Bethany, she
served the Church of the Brethren Brethren Volunteer Service Office in
recruitment and workcamp coordination. While a Bethany student, she
filled the roles of teaching assistant for two Bethany classes and
assistant in electronic communications.
